Through their outstanding achievements, they have finally fulfilled their ultimate aspiration of providing exclusive dining experiences and culinary lessons to the Northwest Michigan foodie community. We service everywhere from Manistee to Bel Air, Frankfort up the Peninsula to Cadillac.
Chef Evan grew up in the Metropolitan Detroit food scene, attending Oakland Community College School of Culinary Arts and working for iconic groups like Muir's Charley's Crab, Matt Prentice Restaurant Group, Wabeek Country Club and Pike Street Restaurant. In 2006 Las Vegas called, and the next 17 years were spent in such properties as the Las Vegas Hilton, the former Hard Rock Hotel, Lake Las Vegas and The Golden Nugget. In late 2022 we moved back to Northern Michigan with the goal of bringing high quality, locally sourced professional food events to the booming Traverse City Community.
With 20+ years of experience in wedding and corporate event sales and management, Daisy was trained at the Grand Wailea-Waldorf Astoria in Maui, HI before moving to Las Vegas, NV where she excelled at properties like The Wynn, The Golden Nugget and Virgin Las Vegas. Daisy specializes in translating your design vision into a reality. She closely collaborates with each client to ensure a flawless dining experience that is custom-tailored to their specific preferences and requirements.
